Experience

Mr. Radcliffe is a Professional Civil Engineer who currently serves as president of Radcliffe Engineering, Inc. in Ocala, Florida. His firm specializes in roads, drainage, water, sewer, and engineering aspects of property development for projects in and around central Florida. He is responsible for all phases of company operation.

Mr. Radcliffe has many years of experience in the civil engineering field. He began his training with the design and drafting of subdivisions and commercial sites, then expanded his experience as design engineer. In this position, he was responsible for the design of urban and rural sites and subdivisions, drainage and flood control, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, feasibility studies, and project management. He later served nine years as vice president in charge of the civil engineering division at Angeles Corporation, a national real estate development firm. His expertise was utilized in residential and commercial projects throughout the United States. Since 1991, he has been the owner and president of Radcliffe Engineering, Inc., a civil engineering consulting firm specializing in roadway, drainage, and utility design in Central Florida.

Experience

Mr. Gwin has worked for many years at Radcliffe Engineering, Inc., where he has completed extensive work on projects involving AutoCAD drafting and design. He acquired his B.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida and has attained his Professional Engineer license in 2007. Mr. Gwin has been lead Design Engineer on larger scale roadway and subdivision design projects.
