ALF, Marion County, FL: Site
Engineer for 3 story, 91 unit assisted living facility. Design of
the 5.7 acre site consisted of drainage, utilities, landscaping, parking,
cost estimates and permitting. Rolling Greens
Community Center, Marion County, FL:
Site engineer for major renovations & 16,900 s.f. expansion of the
existing north clubhouse. This complex project includes relocation
and permitting for all utilities (water, sewer, electric, phone, CATV
and drainage) and expansion for parking to serve the community's 1500
residents. The project was designed using L.E.E.D. principles, including
an energy efficient geothermal system for clubhouse and pool climate

Project Engineer for 2.05 acre commercial site containing 9,800 Sq.
Ft. warehouse/office building. Site design consisting of surveying,
drainage, traffic signing and pavement marking and permits. Three
separate projects for Environmental MD have been completed since 2011. Lockheed Martin,
Marion County, FL:
Principal Engineer for the design and permitting of multiple site
modifications on 43.8 acre industrial site, since 1991. Project work
elements have included site layout and planning, paving, grading,
utility coordination, traffic circulation, drainage design and wastewater

Bottled Water, Marion County,
FL: Principal Engineer for multi-phase
site design (5 phases with a total of 342,000 s.f. of warehouse and
manufacturing) on 23 acres. Design process included staging and circulation
for semi-trailer traffic and loading docks for each phase, drainage,

Project Engineer for 2.06 acre commercial site containing 8,300 Sq.
Ft. warehouse/office building. Site design consisting of drainage,

Project Engineer for 1.4 acre commercil site containing 9,855 convenience

Engineer for 5.11 acre professional office park containing 6 buildings
offering 28,764 Sq. Ft. of office space. Site design consisted of

Presbyterian Church, Marion County, FL:
Project Engineer for 7.14 acre church expansion. Church added a 23,776
Sq. Ft. building to their existing 7,060 Sq. Ft. building and new
291 space parking area. Site design consisted of surveying, drainage,
parking requirments, cost estimates and permitting. Kumar
Medical Office, Ocala, FL: Project
Engineer for 0.85 acre medical office containing 6,383 Sq. Ft. of
office space and required parking area. Site design consisted of Parking
analysis through Autoturn, drainage, cost estimates and permitting. Florida
Citizens Bank, Marion County, FL:
Project Engineer for 1.11 acre bank site containing 4,900 Sq. Ft.
building, 4 Drive-thru teller lanes and 23 parking spaces. Site design
consisted of drainage, parking requirements, cost estimates and permitting. Woodside
Baptist Church, Ocala, FL:
Project Engineer for 7.00 acre church site containing two buildings
totaling 18,750 Sq. Ft. building and 66 space parking area. Site design
consisted of surveying, drainage, parking requirements, cost estimates
and permitting. Radcliffe Engineering has completed over 250 Marion County and City of Ocala Commercial Site Plans with associated permits from Cities, Counties, SJRWMD, SWFWMD, FDOT and FDEP. Pump
Station 203, Ocala, FL:
Project engineer for modification of stormwater pump station conversion
from a single turbine pump to dual submersible pumps. This project
created redundancy and increased capacity from 1000 GPM to 2000 GPM
for this critical pump station. Electrical power was converted from
240v to 480v. Operational controls were tied into the City's centralized
S.C.A.D.A. control system. Pump
Station 202, Ocala, FL:
Project engineer for modification of stormwater pump station conversion
from a single turbine pump to dual submersible pumps. This project
created redundancy and increased capacity from 1000 GPM to 6000 GPM
for this critical pump station. Electrical power was connected to
an existing backup generator allowing the pumps to work during times
of power outages. Operational controls were tied into the City's centralized
S.C.A.D.A. control system. City
of Ocala Water & Sewer 2014 Extension, Ocala,
FL: Project engineer for 2.54 miles of water &
sewer lines for the City of Ocala to serve the NW quadrant. This project
included design and construction management of utility extensions
to the City of Ocala municipal water and sewer systems. The project
work elements included rezoning, gravity sewer mains, railroad jack
and bore, municipal lift station, force main, potable water mains,
coordination of underground utilities, quantity estimates, bidding,
and construction management. Silver

Heath Brook, Ocala, Marion County, FL: Project Engineer for the design and permitting for several phases of the Heath Brook DRI including: Heath Brook Hills (a 105-lot single family subdivision), Preserve Phase 1 & 2 (a 414-lot single family subdivision), The Meadows (a 167-lot single family subdivision), B-2 North Commercial Center and Tartan Road improvements. Their stormwater management systems
were permitted through the City of Ocala and Southwest Florida Water
Management District (SWFWMD) and consist of curb & gutter with
pipe systems that outfall into drainage retention areas. The project work elements consist
of drainage, intersections, geotechnical activities, survey, pavement
design, traffic control, signing and pavement markings, signals, utility
relocations, right-of-way maps, public involvement, cost estimates,

unit multi-phase residential subdivision. Autumn

The Pavement Rehabilitation Program for Marion County’s Municipal
Services Taxing Unit (MSTU) began in 2004 and was developed to maintain
and repair more than 300 miles of road. We have been the Principal
Engineer for the ongoing project since 2004. Our firm has been involved
in road inspections, maintenance planning and prioritization, map
production, annual updates and bid estimation. Based on the annual
MSTU budgets, approximately 14 Miles of road have been improved annually
by pavement overlay. Ocala

Project Engineer for the preparation of construction plans for widening

Engineer for 4.2 mile road reconstruction and widening project in
north Marion County consisting of surveying, drainage, road design,
traffic signing and pavement marking, utility relocations, cost estimates
